Returns

All our products are limited items. Because of this we will not always be able to provide exchanges. However when it is possible to provide an exchange, this will of course be no problem. Or if you are not happy with your purchase, you can request a refund within 14 days of receiving the order.

You can return the items to the address stated on the return form (download here). Please fill in the form and include this in your package. We are not able to process returns without the proper information. All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging for them to be accepted.

Returned items are the responsibility of the customer until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they’re packaged properly and can’t get damaged on the way.As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, make sure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item(s).

MULTIPLE ITEMS/ORDERS

You can ship back multiple returns in one box, as long as you include the correct return forms for each order. Think about the environment : )
